The check-in time is 4:00 pm and Check-out time is 11:00 am. Early Check-ins or Laket Check-outs are not accepted.

You can only book your stay at Donner Lake Village using a credit or debit card. We do not accept checks, transfers, zelle, cashapp, etc.

We have plenty spaces for parking in our privaate parking lot but max. 2 cars per unit will be accepted.

No. Unfortunatly, we dont have a storage for luggage. You will have to leave any luggage inside your unit.

No. We don't have any restaurant on property but there are many restaurants and businesses closer.

Yes, we have 2 saunas located in Building "B". first come first serve basis.

Smoking is not permited in units, balconies or surroundings. We have designated smoking areas. Please check the property map;

No, Donner Lake Village is not air-conditioned. But we do provide fans in all our units.

No, Donner Lake Village is not a pet-friendly property.

Donner Lake Village is 10 mins or 7 miles to Downtown Truckee

No, Donner Lake Village doesn't provide breakfast or meals. But, most of our units have a kitchenette. Alll of our units have microwave and mini-fridge

Yes, we have a parking lot across the street so you can leave your motorboat. We also have racks available for your paddleboard, or equipment. We also have dock slips for your boat but it is subject to availability

No, we do not offer houskeeping services during your stay. We will clean the room after your departure. But, we have a self-service Housekeeping closet on the 1st floor of Building "B". Extra supplies like towels, linens, pillows, toilet paper, etc. are available free of charge to the guests.
