At Donner Lake, you'll find yourself in the midst of the best skiing in the country. Sugar Bowl, Donner Ski Ranch, Royal Gorge XC and Soda Springs are just up the hill. Squaw Valley and Northstar are a short 30 minute drive. Alpine Meadows, Homewood and other Tahoe resorts are also within an easy drive.
